Vessels calling at ECSA main ports see no marked changes in berthing delays

Approximately 30 Handy/Supramax and Panamax ships are standing in a queue at Upriver ports as of September 20, with actual berthing delays hovering within 3 to 5 days there.
Some 20 ships are now waiting to enter main Brazilian grain ports Santos and Paranagua. Berthing delays are from 2 to 4 days and vary depending on a terminal.
As many as nine Handy, Supra and Panamax vessels are waiting for calling at Paranagua port. Up to 11 dry bulk vessels are currently waiting for a grain load turn at the port of Santos. As many as 22 Panamax ships and 23 Capesize vessels are waiting for an iron ore load turn at Brazilian ports.
