Vessels calling Richards Bay Coal Terminal enjoy shrinking waiting time for berthing

A local agent has said to ISM that berthing delays at the South Africa’s Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT) have decreased to mere 12 hours on average compared with 24-48 hours in late June - early July.
