Vessel congestions at Ashdod and Haifa ports on the decrease

Waiting times and number of open vessels waiting for berthing at Ashdod and Haifa anchorage keep decreasing gradually in early June. As for now, 24 dry bulk cargo vessels are waiting to call Ashdod port and 28 vessels are waiting to call the port of Haifa including the Shipyard port. According to port agent’s information, an average waiting time at anchorage amounts to 12-20 days at Haifa and 18-30 days at Ashdod.
