Black Sea vegoil flow // week 16, 2026

Brief summary:

- The total vegoil export volume from Black Sea ports has dropped from 123k to 79k tons;

- Meanwhile, the total volume of imported (discharged) oil has increased from 174k to 246k tons, which is the highest figure at least within the recent 3 months;

- India and Turkiye remain the largest importers of Black Sea vegoils, while France is the only one among the top-5 importers who has not received any volumes this week;

- The total volume of vegoil en route has declined by more than 30%, namely below 300k tons (vs. 500k+ tons only a couple of weeks ago).
