Pmx/Kmx owners' position still weak in Asia-Pacific region

The Panamax/Kamsarmax sector remains inactive in the Asia-Pacific region, with coal traffic from Indo being a buoy to the local market. Rates have inched down further:
A Panamax vessel has been chartered at $19.5k daily bss DOP dely Fangcheng via Indo redel India;
A similar ship has been fixed at $22k daily bss DOP dely Malaysia via Indo redel Spore-Japan;
A scrubber-fitted Kamsarmax carrier has been chartered at $19k daily bss DOP dely Fujian via Indo redel S.Korea;
Shipment of a Panamax lot of coal from Samarinda to Guangzhou is estimated by ISM at $12/t;
The deal for transportation of 75,000 t of coal from Semirara to Dangjin is negotiated at $13.85/t with July 16-20 laycans and 12,000satpmshex/22,500shinc l/d rates;
The contract for shipment of 80,000 t of coal from Samarinda to Hosan with July 15-24 laycans has been concluded at $14.4/t.
In Australia:
A Kamsarmax vessel has been chartered at $18.5k daily bss DOP dely Zhoushan via Aus redel SE Asia;
The deal for shipment of 80,000 t of coal from DBCT to Boryeong is discussed at $21.12/t with July 26-30 laycans and 35,000shinc/19,000lt shinc l/d rates;
Carrying a Panamax lot of coal from E.Aus to ECI is estimated by ISM below $26/t.
In the NOPAC segment, a Kamsarmax vessel is rumored to have been fixed at $19.8k daily bss DOP dely CJK via NOPAC redel Spore-Japan.
