Panamax/Kamsarmax traffic on the mend in Asia-Pacific region

Panamax/Kamsarmax rates have started to grow in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly given positive developments in ECSA and healthy grain offer from NOPAC ports:
LME owners are seeking to get $19k daily bss DOP dely S.China via Indo redel Spore-Japan;
Owners have managed to get $30k daily bss DOP dely Philippines via Indo redel Japan;
Shipment of a Panamax lot of coal from Samarinda to Guangzhou is estimated by ISM at $12-12.5/t;
Transportation of a Panamax lot of coal from Tarakan to Dangjin with late Apr laycans and 25,000c/22,500c l/d rates is discussed at $14.4/t, which is equivalent to slightly less than $22k daily bss DOP dely Guangzhou via Tarakan redel Dangjin;
The deal for shipment of a Kamsarmax lot of coal from Bunati to Hosan with 2H Apr laycans and 15,000c/17,000c l/d rates is negotiated at $14.1/t;
Carrying a Panamax lot of coal from S.Kali to ECI is quoted by brokers slightly below $14/t.
As for coal traffic from Australia:
Kamsarmax owners want to get $25k daily bss DOP dely CJK via E.Aus redel Spore-Japan, while Post-Panamax owners are seeking to get $26k daily for a similar round;
A Kamsarmax ship has been chartered at $23k daily bss DOP dely Koshiung via E.Aus redel Spore-Japan;
The deal for transportation of 60,000 t of coal from Abbot Point to S.Korea with early May laycans is discussed at $24.85/t (with 30,000satshexuu/20,000shinc l/d rates);
The contract for shipment of a Panamax lot of coal from E.Aus to Vizag with May 10-16 laycans has been concluded at $28.75/t with 35,000sshex/20,000sshex l/d rates, which is equivalent to $18-19k daily bss DOP dely Qingdao via E.Aus redel Vizag.
In the NOPAC sector, Kamsarmax owners want to get $28k daily bss DOP dely CJK via NOPAC redel Spore-Japan.
